The one thing that bothers me the most is why there seems to be no respect. No courtesy. No niceness. In today’s world, we are consumed with hatred, racism, and division. Violence stems from those three. Gone are the days where we knew and helped our neighbors and chatting with them over the fence or our property lines. Gone are the days where we respected those in authority. Policemen, teachers, and others in a stature that commands our respect. We are also consumed by those who feel entitled. Who feel everything should be given to them. If they don’t get way, possible violence stems from it. Then those who work feel like their work is in vain for they have to give it away to those that are entitled. Another divide. Riots all over the country, gang violence, and more. Makes me turn off the news so I don’t hear the hatred, hostility that it spews. What bothers me the most is we live in a world that doesn’t seem to have any peace.
